S20A Scorpion forger. Met Kazumi at the Path of Splinters gazebo and again in the Ikoma Library over plum wine. She is manufacturing a confession of Scorpion interference at the Snow Plain, and separately proposed a forged Unicorn–Scorpion agreement, for which Monban is to supply Shinjo Kamo's hand and chop.
