Central Garden

The Central Garden is an outdoor space within the Governor’s Palace, designed for significant events. It features a fish pond that serves as a focal point during these gatherings. The garden has multiple entrances, which are closed by servants at the governor's request to contain a possessing spirit. The environment is characterized by late-summer heat.

A noble woman present in the garden exhibits signs of possession, displaying erratic behavior. She wanders to the fish pond, undresses, and bathes, consuming a goldfish raw. A group of characters prepares a Threshold Barrier around the pond to contain the spirit, leading to confrontations and attempts to expel the spirit from the woman. The garden is the setting for ritualistic efforts to manage the spirit, culminating in the successful sealing of the spirit within a new vessel after a confrontation with an Ifrit. The garden's controlled environment is crucial in resolving the crisis involving the possessing spirit.
