What is known
S48Anakazu's first wife, a Phoenix, called Ikoma Akari while married and set aside for a match that never happened. A divorce is social death, and no one has offered her or the Phoenix any recompense whatsoever. The Lion know who their daimyō was married to and not what it cost her.
S49Came to the Unicorn court intending to die there. Spared, and told the Champion everything. She and her daughter sheltered at the Eda's castle for a time; where they are now is unknown, possibly with the Phoenix. Her husband has never looked for her.
S50Her marriage was declared not to exist so that a more useful one could be made, and she was treated as less than baggage in the doing of it. Nobody on the Lion side was surprised to hear it set out. They have known all along.
S51Her dowry should have gone back to her on the divorce. Nobody at the table knows whether it did.
S52Nobody has found her. The Unicorn's own advisor thinks it would be better for the case if she were located and not called to speak.
